Founded in 2018, Senescent In-Home is a family-owned home care agency. It was founded by Glynn Chang Roza. Unlike a majority of local agencies, Senescent In-Home is not a franchise. We put all of our resources into hiring the best caregivers for our clients living in Santa Clara, San Mateo, Alameda, and Contra Costa counties. We are licensed to provide care by the California Department of Social Services. Senescent In Home is accredited as a Certified Home Care Aide Organization by the California Association for Health Services at Home.

Our caregivers are are most important asset. Day in and day out they take care of our clients. So we do our best to take care of them. That is why caregiver job satisfaction is as important to us as client satisfaction. We measure it every month to make sure we are constantly improving on key areas such as level of support from their managers, constructive feedback, feeling valued and respected, and client assignments that are a good match. Rest assured that you get all of the financial and legal protection of our caregivers being employed by us. 100% of our caregivers are fingerprinted, receive initial and ongoing training, and are registered with the state of California
